基于“互联网+护理服务”背景下我国网约护士风险感知影响因素的范围综述

摘　　要：目的 对基于“互联网+护理服务”背景下的网约护士风险感知影响因素的研究进行范围综述,梳理我国网约护士风险感知现状、分析其影响因素,为进一步保障网约护士执业安全提供参考。方法 以澳大利亚乔安娜布里格斯研究所(Joanna Briggs Institute,JBI)发布的证据整合手册为该范围综述的方法学指导框架,系统检索PubMed、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、中国知网、维普、万方等中英文数据库,收集关于我国网约护士对“互联网+护理服务”风险感知的相关研究,检索时限为建库至2024年8月。由2名研究者筛选文献、汇总和系统分析。结果 本研究共纳入17篇文献,分析结果显示,网约护士其风险感知总的得分率为41.66%~58.60%,网约护士的风险感知普遍处于中等水平。网约护士执业风险感知受生理因素、心理因素及社会因素(工作因素及社会支持)的影响。结论 在“互联网+护理服务”时代背景下,网约护士的执业风险感知受诸多复杂因素影响,有必要对其进行归纳总结,为规避网约护士执业风险提供理论依据。Objective To conduct a scoping review of factors influencing risk perception among online nurses in the context of"Internet+Nursing Services"in China,summarize the current status of risk perception,analyze its influencing factors,and provide references for further ensuring the safety of online nursing practice.Methods Guided by Evidence Integration Manual published by the Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)in Australia,this scoping review systematically searched Chinese and English databases,including PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,CNKI,VIP,and Wanfang Data,for studies on risk perception among online nurses in China.The search period spanned from database inception to August 2024.Two researchers independently screened,extracted,and analyzed the literature.Results A total of 17 studies were included.The analysis revealed that the overall risk perception score rate among online nurses ranged from 41.66%to 58.60%,indicating a moderate level of risk perception.Factors influencing risk perception included physiological,psychological,and social factors(work-related factors and social support).Conclusion In the era of"Internet+nursing services,"the risk perception of online nurses is influenced by multiple complex factors.Summarizing these factors provides a theoretical basis for mitigating occupational risks among online nurses.
