摘  要:就我国小型水利水电工程尚未普及信息化和智能化技术的实际情况,探讨小型水利水电工程信息化、自动化、智能化的远程集控技术方案。在当下信息化与智能技术高速发展的新时代,信息化与智能化功能的具体实施,提升了小型水利水电工程的技术水平与管理水平。研究成果有助于引导当今水利水电行业从业人员,在规划、设计、制造、选型时充分考虑信息化、智能化要素,做出特定的个性化选择。Information technology and intelligent technology have not yet been widely applied in China's smallscale water conservancy and hydropower projects.This study presents a technical framework of remote centralized control for China's small-scale water conservancy and hydropower projects that combines information technology,automation,and intelligent technology.As these technologies rapidly develop in the current era,their application improves the technical and management level of small-scale water conservancy and hydropower projects.The results can provide guidance for people working in the water resources and hydropower industry to incorporate information and intelligent technologies and take specific and tailored solutions during project planning,design,manufacturing,and selection.
