摘　　要：目的:分析全髋关节置换术(THA)使用组织胶水闭合切口后发生变态反应性皮炎的病例,探讨其发生原因及治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析2021年1—12月于中国人民解放军总医院行THA且术中使用组织胶水闭合切口的431例患者,分析发生切口周围变态反应性皮炎的患者的临床资料。结果:431例使用组织胶水闭合切口的患者中,8例患者出现切口周围皮疹、瘙痒等症状,发生率为1.9%,发生时间的中位数(四分位数)为29.0(28.0~33.5)d。考虑为迟发性变态反应性皮炎,经对症处理后,皮疹、瘙痒等症状均消失。治疗时间的中位数(四分位数)为7.5(6.0~9.0)d。最终切口均愈合良好,未出现其他不良反应。结论:使用组织胶水闭合切口所导致的变态反应性皮炎病例并不常见,但经对症治疗后,不会对切口愈合造成不良影响。Objective:To analyze cases of allergic dermatitis following the use of tissue adhesive for incision closure in total hip arthroplasty(THA),and to explore the causes and treatment methods.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 431 patients who underwent THA with tissue adhesive for incision closure at the Chinese PLA General Hospital from January to December 2021.The clinical data of patients who developed allergic dermatitis around the incision were analyzed.Results:Among the 431 patients who used tissue adhesive for incision closure,8 patients developed symptoms such as rash and pruritus around the incision,with an incidence rate of 1.9%.The median time(interquartile range)to symptom onset was 29.0(28.0-33.5)days.The condition was considered to be delayed-type allergic dermatitis.Symptoms such as rash and pruritus resolved after symptomatic treatment.The median treatment duration(interquartile range)was 7.5(6.0-9.0)days.All incisions healed well with no other adverse reactions.Conclusions:Allergic dermatitis caused by the use of tissue adhesive for incision closure is uncommon.However,it does not adversely affect incision healing after symptomatic treatment.
