摘 要:肠道菌群是维持人体生理健康的关键因素之一,其不仅通过自身的组成变化和生理活动直接影响机体,还通过其代谢产物作用于宿主的免疫系统、内分泌系统、代谢系统、神经系统等多个生理系统,进而影响机体的整体健康状态。近年来,通过16S rRNA测序、宏基因组测序等高通量技术分析表明,肠道菌群及其代谢产物在骨代谢过程中扮演着重要角色,可能通过多种机制影响骨形成和骨吸收的动态平衡,甚至可能成为疾病过程中的诊断标志物。肠道菌群代谢物种类繁多,作用机制复杂,本文对主要肠道菌群代谢产物包括短链脂肪酸(SCFAs)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、维生素、脂多糖(LPS)及其他代谢产物等在骨代谢疾病中的作用机制研究进展作一综述。The gut microbiota is one of the key factors in maintaining human physiological health.It not only directly influences the host through its compositional changes and physiological activities but also exerts effects on multiple physiological systems of the host,including the immune,endocrine,metabolic,and nervous systems via its metabolites,thereby significantly impacting overall health.In recent years,high-throughput technologies such as 16S rRNA sequencing and metagenomic sequencing have demonstrated that the gut microbiota and its metabolites play important roles in bone metabolism.These microbial communities and their metabolites may influence the dynamic balance between bone formation and bone resorption through multiple mechanisms and could potentially serve as diagnostic markers in the progression of related diseases.The metabolites of gut microbiota are diverse and exhibit complex mechanisms.This article reviews the research progress on the mechanisms of major gut microbiota metabolites,including short-chain fatty acids,5-hydroxytryptamine,vitamins,lipopolysaccharides,and other metabolites,in bone metabolic diseases.
