摘　　要：目的分析2022年—2023年某肿瘤医院内科系统运营效率,为医院管理者制定合理的院内资源配置政策和提高医院整体的运营效率提供参考。方法采用DEA模型和Malmquist指数法对2022年—2023年内科系统10个科室的运营效率进行静态和动态分析。结果2022年和2023年的规模效率平均值分别为0.791和0.818,DEA相对有效性科室占比分别为30%和40%,2023年的全要素生产率平均值达到了1.321。结论内科系统的整体运营效率仍有较大的提升空间,超过一半的科室存在投入冗余或者产出不足的问题,建议医院管理者从顶层设计上对内科系统各科室的医疗资源进行整体考虑和科学谋划,以更有效地提高医院的运营效率和社会效益。Objective To analyze the operating efficiency of the internal medicine system of a cancer hospital from 2022 to 2023,thus providing references for formulating reasonable policies for the allocation of hospital resources by hospital administrators and improving the overall operating efficiency of the hospital.Methods The data envelopment analysis(DEA)and Malmquist index were used to statically and dynamically analyze the operational efficiency of 10 departments in the internal medicine system from 2022 to 2023.Results The average scale efficiency was 0.791 in 2022 and 0.818 in 2023.The proportion of DEA-based relative effectiveness departments was 30%in 2022 and 40%in 2023.The average total factor productivity in 2023 reached 1.321.Conclusion The overall operating efficiency of the internal medicine system still has a large room for improvement,and more than half of the departments have the problem of input redundancy or insufficient output.It is suggested that the hospital administrators should consider and scientifically plan the medical resources of all departments in the internal medicine system from the top-level design,so as to improve the operating efficiency and social benefits of the hospital.
