构建党建引领医学生人文素养培育行动的模式探索

摘　　要：目的通过对医学院师生进行调研访谈,探索构建党建引领医学生人文素养培育行动模式,以培养高素质医学人才。方法依据《医学人文关怀提升行动方案(2024—2027)》对医学生人文素养培育提出的新要求,设计调查问卷,对628名医学生和部分教师进行调研,综合分析医学院校人文素养培育中的问题。结果医学院校在医学人文教育方面亟待提升,存在党建引领不足、重视程度不够、思政教育缺乏医学特色等问题,医学生在医学人文认知、认同和实践中还有较强的可塑性。结论提出党建+教学改革、社会实践、医校协同的发展路径,全方位开展医学生人文素养培育行动。Objective To construct a mode on shaping humanistic accomplishment of medical students led by Party building through survey interviews,thus cultivating high-quality medical talents.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was prepared based on the new requirements proposed for the humanistic vegetarian cultivation of medical students following the Medical Humanities Care Program(2024—2027).A total of 628 medical students and some teachers were surveyed.The problems in the cultivation of humanistic quality were analyzed.Results Medical schools were in urgent need of improvement in medical humanities education.There existed problems like insufficient leadership in Party building,insufficient attention,and lack of medical characteristics in ideological and political education.Medical students still have strong plasticity in medical humanities cognition,recognition,and practice.Conclusion Through Party building+teaching reform,social practice,collaboration of hospitals and medical schools,all-round efforts are made on the cultivation of humanistic quality in medical students.
