摘　　要：预防为主的健康管理策略对于提高退役军人群体整体健康水平具有重要的实践意义。退役军人作为特殊群体,经历了特殊的职业生涯,面临着独特的健康风险和需求。通过健康教育、定期体检、疾病筛查和健康档案管理等预防措施,可以有效降低疾病发生率,提高退役军人的整体健康水平。这不仅有助于减轻医疗负担,还能提升退役军人的生活质量和社会适应能力。在实际操作中,健康教育的覆盖面和针对性需要进一步加强,定期体检和疾病筛查的落实率有待提高,健康档案管理系统也亟待完善。针对这些问题,需要制定更加科学、系统和全面的健康管理策略,确保每一位退役军人都能享受到优质的健康服务。通过综合施策,可以实现退役军人健康管理的预防为主目标,促进退役军人的心身健康和社会和谐稳定。Preventing health management strategies are important practical significance among retired soldiers.Retired soldiers are a special group experiencing a special career and faced unique health risks and needs.Health education,regular medical examinations,disease screening,and health archives management measures are necessary to effectively reduce the incidence of diseases and increase the overall health level of retired soldiers.This not only helps reduce the burden of medical care,but also improves the quality of life and social adaptability of retired soldiers.In actual operation,the coverage and pertinence of health education need to be further strengthened.The implementation rate of regular medical examinations and disease screening needs to be improved,so as the health file management system.In response to these issues,more scientific,systematic and comprehensive health management strategies need to be formulated to ensure that every retired soldier can enjoy high-quality health services.Comprehensive policies ensure the main goal of the health management of retired soldiers,thus promoting the health and social harmony and stability of retired soldiers.
