基于CiteSpace的新媒体发展对医患信任影响的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的研究新媒体对医患信任关系的影响并梳理其研究成果,以期为进一步构建和谐医患关系提供借鉴。方法在利用CiteSpace软件梳理新媒体对医患信任关系影响研究现状的基础上,对其相关研究热点进行可视化分析,根据得出的计量结果对其研究进展进行综述,并展望未来发展方向。结果国内与国外的发文量变化趋势虽然不同,但两者对于新媒体影响医患信任关系的研究均集中在近10年;国内与国外发文量排在前9位的期刊分布以及两者研究侧重点也存在差异。结论当前国内外对新媒体与医患信任关系的理论讨论及实践探索较多,但国内外的研究侧重点不同,可以据此特点为国内展开纵深研究提供思路。Objective To study the influence of new media on the doctor-patient trust relationship and to sort out the research results,thus providing references for further building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship and creating a good doctor-patient interaction relationship.Methods CiteSpace software was used to sort out the current situation of the impact of new media on doctor-patient trust,and the relevant research hotspots were visually analyzed.According to the measurement results,the research progress was reviewed,and the future development direction was prospected.Results The trend of the number of publications at home and abroad varied,but both of which focused on the past decade.The distribution of the top 9 journals with the number of publications at home and abroad and the research emphasis at home and abroad were different.Conclusion At present,there are abundant theoretical discussions and practical explorations on the relationship between new media and doctor-patient trust at home and abroad,but the research focuses at home and abroad are different,which can provide ideas for in-depth research in China.
