中医药文化融入专职组织员素质探析

摘　　要：目的聚焦中医药院校专职组织员的“选、育、管、用”,以嵌入式视角将中医药文化核心价值融入专职组织员胜任素质中,探讨优化中医药院校专职组织员胜任力素质发展对策。方法基于NVivo 20软件,采用质性研究对专职组织员胜任力要素以及中医药文化核心价值的研究文本进行分析。结果构建专职组织员胜任力基本素质特征以及中医药文化核心价值特征。结论通过阐释和分析二者的结构内涵,中医药文化核心价值“仁、和、精、诚”和专职组织员的基准性胜任特征以及鉴别性胜任特征相契合,二者的融合能够有效对我国专职组织员专业化、职业化和特色化发展模式进行再补充。Objective Focusing on the“selection,education,management and application”of full-time organizers in Chinese medicine colleges and universities,the strategies for optimizing the development of competence of full-time organizers in Traditional Chinese Medicine colleges and universities were explored with the embedded perspective of integrating the core values of Traditional Chinese Medicine culture into the competence of full-time organizers.Methods Using the NVivo 20 software,qualitative research was performed to analyze the research texts on the elements of competency of full-time organizers and the core values of Traditional Chinese Medicine culture.Results The basic quality characteristics of the competence of full-time organizers and the characteristics of the core values of Traditional Chinese Medicine culture were constructed.Conclusion Through the interpretation and analysis of the structural connotation of the two,the core value of Traditional Chinese Medicine culture“benevolence,harmony and sincerity”and the baseline and discriminative competency characteristics of full-time organizers are compatible.An integration of the two can effectively add to the development model of specialization,professionalism and distinctiveness of full-time organizers in China.
