摘　　要：本文分析黑体空腔式钢水连续测温系统的基本组成和钢水连续测温系统采用普通插入式红外辐射测温仪校准试验方法存在的问题,介绍了一款以钨带灯为辐射源的光源校验装置的组成原理,基本技术指标和使用方法,以及在连铸机中间包钢水连续测温系统现场校验中的使用情况。Analyze the basic composition of the black body cavity type continuous temperature measurement system for molten steel,identify the problems with the calibration test method of the ordinary insertion type infrared radiation thermometer for the continuous temperature measurement system,introduce the composition principle,basic technical indicators,and usage method of a light source calibration device using tungsten strip lamps as the radiation source,as well as its use in the on-site calibration of the continuous temperature measurement system for molten steel in the intermediate ladle of a continuous casting machine.
