摘 要:随着国家“十四五”计划的推进,绿色发展战略的实施,近海平台由原油或透平发电机组供电,逐步改造为岸基供电模式。岸电的介入,将海上平台的孤立电网纳入国家电网之中。随之而来的电力系统的能量分配和工程改造方案成为新的研究课题。本文介绍了一种岸电模式改造方案,既解决了岸电介入后的电力分配问题,又加快了改造工程进度,为国内同类工程项目提供了有益的参考。With the national 14th Five-Year Plan and the implementation of the green development strategy,the offshore platform is powered by crude oil or turbine generator sets,and has been gradually transformed into shore-side power mode.The intervention of shore-side power brings the isolated power grid of offshore platforms into the national power grid.And then the power system energy distribution and modification scheme become a new research topic.This paper introduces a shore-side power modification scheme,which not only solves the power distribution problem after shore-side power intervention,but also speeds up the modification project progress.It provides a useful reference for domestic similar engineering projects.
