摘  要:中国实验快堆(CEFR)采用液态金属钠为冷却剂,用4台机械式钠泵分别作为一、二回路主冷却系统(Ⅰ、Ⅱ环路)的主要动力,作为全堆最重要的控制对象,该设备的安全可靠运行与反应堆的安全运行密切相关,为实现钠泵的设备状态实时监测,设置一二回路钠泵振动监测系统是必要的。通过系统的联合调试和运行,表明系统设计满足设备状态监测需求,并为设备的维保提供必要的技术支持。China Experimental Fast Reactor(CEFR)uses liquid metal sodium as coolant,and uses four mechanical sodium pumps as the main power of the primary and secondary main cooling systems(I and II loops).As the most important control object of the whole reactor,the safe and reliable operation of this equipment is closely related to the safe operation of the reactor.In order to achieve real-time monitoring of the equipment status of the sodium pump,it is necessary to set up a vibration monitoring system for the primary and secondary sodium pumps,Through joint debugging and operation of the system,it is shown that the system design meets the requirements for equipment status monitoring and can provide necessary technical support for equipment maintenance.
