摘　　要：在炼油化工行业,仪表发挥着至关重要的作用。仪表可实时监测温度、压力、流量、液位等关键参数,在装置众多复杂且连续的环节中,仪器仪表设备扮演着大脑、眼睛和手脚的角色,与生产过程的安全平稳息息相关。此外,炼油化工行业是高危行业,其生产过程中伴随着高温、高压、易燃、易爆、有毒有害等危险因素,仪表在安全防护方面意义重大,所以生产装置连续平稳运行,既需要集散控制系统的实时监测和控制,更需要安全仪表系统作为防线,保证装置在异常情况下能够快速、安全退守,以保证人员及设备安全。本文主要对如何提高安全仪表系统可靠性进行介绍。In the refining and chemical industry,instruments play a crucial role.Instruments can monitor key parameters such as temperature,pressure,flow rate,and liquid level in real time.Among the many complex and continuous links in the device,instrument equipment plays the role of brain,eyes,and hands and feet,and is closely related to the safety and stability of the production process.In addition,the refining and chemical industry is a high-risk industry,and its production process is accompanied by hazardous factors such as high temperature,high pressure,flammability,explosiveness,and toxicity.Instruments play a significant role in safety protection.Therefore,the continuous and stable operation of production equipment requires not only real-time monitoring and control by distributed control systems,but also safety instrument systems as a defense line to ensure that the equipment can quickly and safely retreat in case of abnormal situations,in order to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.This article mainly introduces how to improve the reliability of safety instrumented systems.
