摘 要:针对纺纱车间生产过程可视化程度低以及车间管控依赖于现场人工巡视等问题,开发了一种基于数字孪生的纺纱车间可视化管控系统。首先,根据纺纱车间管控需求,构建了纺纱车间数字孪生系统总体架构,涵盖物理层、数据层、模型层和服务层。其次,为提高建模效率,采用场景树方式实现车间内各生产要素模型的快速构建;再次,通过对数据驱动技术的深入研究,实现车间多源、多维、多层数据的实时采集,完成可视化管控系统数据映射关联。最后,针对某纺纱车间开发了其纺纱车间可视化管控系统,实现了纺纱车间数据展示、车间漫游等可视化管控。系统应用表明:纺纱车间的管理效能明显提升,机台生产效率提高了2个百分点~4个百分点,巡回时间减少了20%,设备故障响应时间缩短了15%。认为:基于数字孪生技术的纺纱车间可视化管控系统可明显提升纺纱生产的管控水平。Aiming at the problems of lower visualization of the production process in the spinning workshop and workshop control relying on on-site manual inspection,a visual control system of spinning workshop based on digital twin was developed.Firstly,according to the control requirements of yarn spinning workshop,the system architecture of the spinning workshop digital twin system of the was constructed,which covered the physical layer,data layer,model layer and service layer.Secondly,in order to improve the modeling efficiency,the scene tree method was used to realize the rapid construction of the production factor model in the workshop.Thirdly,the data-driven technology was deeply studied to realize the real-time acquisition of multi-source,multi-dimensional and multi-layer data of the workshop,then the data mapping association of the visual control system was completed.Finally,for one spinning workshop,the visual control system of the spinning workshop was developed,and the visual control of the spinning workshop data display and workshop roaming and so on were realized.The application of the system showed that the management efficiency of the spinning workshop was significantly improved,the machine production efficiency was increased by two percentage points to four percentage points,the tour time was reduced by 20%,and the equipment failure response time was shortened by 15%.It is considered that the control level of spinning production can be significantly improved by the visual control system of spinning workshop based on digital twin technology.
