摘  要:针对细络联上管纱毛羽检测仍采取人工抽检的形式,存在检测效率低、检测成本高、抽检误差难以避免的问题,设计了一种基于图像处理技术的细络联管纱在线无损毛羽检测系统。该系统由基于机器视觉的在线管纱毛羽图像采集模块和采用Hessian矩阵滤波处理算法与多尺度管纱表面毛羽评价指标Hc的图像处理模块组成,可嵌入细络联运输轨道进行在线检测,实现了管纱毛羽的普检,提高了检测效率,避免了人力消耗与产品浪费;同时能够筛选异常毛羽管纱,通过异常管纱信息追溯细纱机异常锭位。经试验验证,系统检测结果与USTER毛羽仪检测结果具有一定相关性。认为:系统能够有效检测出管纱的毛羽水平。Aimed at the spinning-winding unit bobbin yarn hairiness detection still in the form of manual sampling with problems of lower detection efficiency,higher detection cost and sampling error difficult to avoid,an on-line non-destructive hairiness detection system based on image processing technology was designed for spinningwinding unit bobbin yarn.The system was composed of on-line bobbin yarn hairiness image acquisition module based on machine vision and image processing module adapting Hessian matrix filtering algorithm and multiscale tube yarn hairiness evaluation index Hc.It could be embedded into the spinning-winding unit transportation track for on-line detection,which realized the general detection of bobbin yarn hairiness,improved the detection efficiency,avoided the labor consumption and product waste,and could screen abnormal hairiness yarn at the same time.Through the abnormal tube yarn information,spinning machine abnormal spindle could be tracked.It was verified by experiments that there was a certain correlation between the system detection results and USTER hairiness instrument test results.It is considered that the system can effectively detect the hairiness level of tube yarn.
