摘 要:针对当前大部分织造车间信息化程度低,生产数据需人工手动抄录,机台停机处理、织轴更换不及时,订单生产排序不合理等情况,设计并开发出专属于织造环节的智能织造MES系统。该系统基于B/S架构,主要功能模块包括数据采集、织机管理、织轴管理、品种管理、订单管理、人员管理、能源管理、智能报表和大屏展示,不仅能实时对车间生产情况进行监控,还能对历史生产情况进行统计。该系统还嵌入自动排程模块,可以实现最优生产计划。应用效果表明:该系统提高总体生产效率超过8%;可以统计生产数据,将异常状态机台、即将了机机台上报给工作人员,减少停台时间,单机台生产效率提升超过6%;大幅度减少车间产值统计的工作量,车间管理信息的记录时间减少20%~30%;对生产订单进行自动排程,及时完成客户订单;生成各种智能报表,方便管理者了解车间状况。认为:该系统可以减少人工管理的纰漏,显著提升企业的生产管理效率。Aimed at current situation that most weaving workshops had a lower level of information,the production data needed to be manually recorded,machine stop processing,weaving beam replacement was not timely,order production scheduling was unreasonable and so on,an intelligent weaving MES system was designed and developed specially for weaving process.The system was based on B/S architecture.The main function modules included data collection,loom management,weaving beam management,variety management,order management,personnel management,energy management,intelligent report and large screen display.Not only the workshop production could be monitored in real-time,but also statistics could be made with the historical production situation.The system also was embeded the automatic scheduling module,which could realize the optimal production planning.The application results showed that the system could improve the overall production efficiency more than 8%,and count the production data,report the abnormal state machine to the staff and reduce the downtime.The efficiency of single machine could be increased more than 6%.The workload of production value statistics was greatly reduced,and the recording time of workshop management information was reduced 20%~30%.The production order automatically scheduled and ensure customer order could be completed on time.All kinds of intelligent reports could be generated to facilitate managers to understand the status of the workshop.It is considered that the system can reduce the mistakes of manual management and significantly improve the efficiency of production management.
