摘　　要：针对当前纺织行业现状及纺织行业数字化建设的需要,对新疆纺织园区数字化构建进行了深入探讨。分析了当前纺织企业生产管理模式存在的问题,通过中国联通5G企业专网+行业定制采集终端的方式,实现了重要生产过程的监测、故障诊断、能效管控、生产溯源等,达到了生产制造全过程数据连接、全业务流程数字化,并结合应用实例,重点介绍了5G全连接技术在实现智慧纺织园区数字化构建中的作用。认为:通过5G专网搭建、数据自动化采集、5G场景化服务、对生产制造的全流程数字化管控,能够有效提升生产效率,优化管理。Aimed at current textile industry status and the demand of textile industry digital constructure,digital constructure of Xinjiang textile park was deeply discussed.The problems in the production management mode of current textile enterprises were analyzed.Through the mode of China Unicom 5G private network+industrial custom-made acquisition terminal,important production monitoring,fault diagnosis,energy management,production tracking and so on were realized.Full process digital connection of production and full process digitalization manufacturing were achieved.Combined with application examples,the function of 5G full connection technology in digital constructure of smart textile park were emphatically introduced.It is considered that the production efficiency and optimization management could be improved through the construction of a 5G private network,automated data collection,5G scenario based services,full process digital control of production and manufacturing.
