摘 要:为了研究不同消毒方式对静电纺纳米纤维膜的影响,采用蒸汽、75%酒精、84消毒液和季铵盐消毒液4种消毒方法,对聚酰亚胺(PI)纳米纤维膜及聚氨酯(PU)纳米纤维膜的耐消毒性能进行试验,对其表面形貌、力学性能、防护性能以及舒适性能进行了测试分析。试验结果表明:在不同条件消毒处理后,两种纤维膜中纤维直径均变大;经不同消毒方式处理后PI纳米纤维膜断裂强力下降,断裂伸长率略有上升,而PU纳米纤维膜经不同消毒方式处理后断裂强力和断裂伸长率均上升;两种纤维膜经消毒处理后过滤性能均下降;消毒处理后PI纳米纤维膜透气率略有增加,而PU纳米纤维膜透气率降低;蒸汽消毒使得两种纤维膜透湿率降低,而消毒剂处理后两种纤维膜的透湿率均升高。认为:在相同的条件下,PI纳米纤维较PU纳米纤维膜具有良好耐消毒性能。In order to study the influence of different disinfection methods on electrospinning nanofiber membrane,four kinds of disinfection methods including steam,75%alcohol,84 disinfection and quaternary ammonium disinfection were adopted to test the disinfection performance of polyimide(PI)and polyurethane(PU)nanofiber membranes.Their surface morphology,mechanical property,protective property and comfort performance were tested and analyzed.The experimental results showed that the fiber diameters of two fibrous membranes were both enlarged after different kinds of disinfection.After different kinds of disinfection,the breaking strength of PI nanofiber membrane was decreased and the breaking elongation rate was slightly increased.While the breaking strength and breaking elongation rate of PU nanofibrous membrane were both increased after different kinds of disinfection.The filtration property of two fibrous membranes were both decreased after disinfection treatment.After disinfection treatment,the air permeability of PI nanofibrous membrane was slightly increased,while the air permeability of PU nanofibrous membrane was decreased.The moisture permeability of the two fibrous membranes were decreased after steam disinfection while the moisture permeability of the two fibrous membranes were increased after disinfectant treatment.It is considered that under the same conditions,PI nanofibrous membranes have better disinfection resistance than PU nanofibrous membranes.
