功能纤维絮片负离子发生量的影响因素分析

摘  要:探讨功能纤维絮片负离子发生量的影响因素。对比分析了不同功能纤维种类、纤维混配比例、絮片单位面积质量以及包覆面料种类等因素对负离子发生量的影响。结果表明:纤维絮片在150 g/m^(2)时负离子发生能力最佳;不同功能纤维制作成的絮片负离子发生量存在着差异,其中添加了电气石粉的负离子涤纶(1#)的负离子发生量最高为811个/cm^(3);外覆莱赛尔面料后,不同种类纤维絮片的负离子发生量均有提高;当不同功能纤维与普通涤纶混配后,大多数絮片的负离子性能得到了提升,最高可提升20%;将石墨烯涤纶与负离子涤纶(9#)进行1∶9混和后测得的负离子发生量可达到942个/cm^(3)。认为:将不同功能纤维混和使用,不仅可提高纺织品的负离子性能,也可以实现多功能化,提高纺织品的经济价值。Influencing factors of negative ion generation amount in functional fiber floc were discussed.The influence of factors on negative ion generation amount was contrasted and analyzed including different functional fiber category,fiber blending proportion,floc mass per unit and covering fabric category.The results showed that the generation ability of the negative ions was the best when the fiber floc mass per unit was 150 g/m2.The amount of negative ions produced by different functional fiber floc were different,the amount of negative ions produced by polyester fiber(1#)was the highest,which was reached to 811 per cubic centimeters.The negative ion generation amount of different fiber category floc were increased after coating Lyocell fabric.When different functional fibers were mixed with common polyester fiber,the negative ion properties of the floc were improved,which could be increased 20%.The amount of negative ions could be reached 942 per cubic centimeters when the blending ratio of graphene polyester and negative ion polyester(9#)was 1∶9.It is considered that through blending different functional fiber,negative ion property of the textiles not only could be improved,but also multi-functionality could be realized,and the textiles economic value could be increased.
