摘 要:文章从创新生态系统的视角出发,探讨了全民阅读生态系统的构建问题,指出全民阅读生态系统与创新生态系统之间的高度一致性;基于创新生态系统的特性和构成要素,深入分析了全民阅读生态系统的构建机制。文章提出全民阅读生态系统核心层、辅助层和外围层三个主要层次,并具体探讨了每层生态在推动全民阅读实践中的作用;进而提出建立政策支持体系、优化阅读资源结构、构建组织间的协同工作模式三大实践策略,旨在通过上述措施深化全民阅读,促进社会文化基础和创新潜力的全面提升。This study integrates the issue of building a national reading ecosystem into the perspective of an innovative ecosystem.It first highlights the high consistency between the national reading ecosystem and the innovative ecosystem,and deeply analyzes the construction mechanism of the national reading ecosystem based on the characteristics and elements of the innovative ecosystem.The study clearly proposes the three main levels of the national reading ecosystem:the core layer,the support layer,and the peripheral layer,and specifically discusses the roles of these levels in promoting the practice of national reading.Furthermore,the paper puts forward three practical strategies,including establishing a policy support system,optimizing the structure of reading resources,improving internal management efficiency,and building a collaborative work model between organizations,aiming to deepen the practice of national reading through these measures,while promoting the comprehensive improvement of social and cultural foundations and innovative potential.
