摘　　要：图书馆创新科普功能,是服务国家科技发展战略大局、满足社会日益高涨科普需求的主动作为。探究图书馆科普发展底层逻辑,有助于推动图书馆科普功能拓展、科普服务发展的实践应用。文章通过梳理图书馆界科普服务研究现状,分析图书馆科普服务发展底层逻辑,确立图书馆科普职责及运作模式,并在合肥市图书馆科普实践的基础上,阐述图书馆科普服务重点,认为图书馆应通过发挥服务资源的包容性、阅读活动的综合性、宣传方式的灵活性等科普优势,聚焦建设科普服务资源,开展科普阅读活动,加强科普媒体宣传。The library's role of science popularization is an initiative to serve the overall situation of national science and technology development strategy and to meet the society's rising demand for science popularization.To explore the underlying logic of the library's science popularization development will help to promote the expansion of the library's science popularization role and the development of science popularization service for the practical application.This article sorts out the current state of research literature on science popularization service in the library community,analyzes the underlying logic of the development of library science services,and establishes the responsibilities and mode of operation of library science.Based on the Hefei City Library's science popularization practice,this article expounds the library's science popularization service focuses.Libraries are supposed to capitalize on the strengths of science and technology by leveraging the inclusiveness of their service resources,the comprehensiveness of their reading activities,and the flexibility of their outreach methods,and focus on the resource construction,the science popularization reading activities,and the media publicity.
