摘  要:特藏资源是高校图书馆的重要名片。文章以复旦大学图书馆特藏工作管理实践为例,结合实际业务流程及管理特点,试图阐明应答式服务背景下高校图书馆预审工作的内容设置、实践策略及应用方法,以期弥合用户与服务响应之间的缝隙,进而为优化特藏管理与服务实践提供参考。Special collections departments in university libraries often present their distinction.Fudan University Library actively updates its management tactics under the context of responsive services,to bridge the“gap”between users and service responses.This paper,combining actual workflow and administration characteristics,tries a preliminary elaboration on the content setting,practical strategies,and application methods of speedy pre-assessment in university library special collections by taking the management practice of special collections as an example.This research aims to provide references and insights for optimizing the efficiency of preservation and service in special collections.
