摘　　要：随着国家文化数字化战略的提出和实施,图书馆作为文化传承和知识传播的重要场所,正面临前所未有的数字化转型机遇与挑战。文章分析了国家文化数字化战略对图书馆数字化转型的影响,并从数字版权、数字安全、标准体系及人才培养视角探讨了图书馆在数字化转型过程中所面临的挑战,提出了构建数字版权生态体系、筑牢数字安全防护屏障、健全数字建设标准体系和创新数字人才培养机制等一系列策略和解决方案,旨在助力图书馆事业实现更高质量的发展,共同开启知识传播与文化传承的新篇章。With the proposal and implementation of the national cultural digitization strategy,libraries,as an important place for cultural transmission and knowledge dissemination,are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges of digital transformation.The article analyzes the impact of the national cultural digitization strategy on the digital transformation of libraries,and discusses the challenges faced by libraries in the process of digital transformation from the perspectives of digital copyright,digital security,standard system and talent cultivation,and puts forward a series of strategies and solutions,such as constructing a digital copyright ecosystem,building a strong digital security barrier,improving the standard system of digital construction,and innovating the mechanism of digital talent cultivation,etc.,with the aim of helping libraries to realize higher quality development and opening a new chapter of knowledge dissemination and cultural inheritance.
