2023年中国高校图书馆基本统计数据分析

摘　　要：利用教育部高校图工委事实数据库各馆自报数据,系统揭示中国高校图书馆基本现状及发展趋势。通过使用分层抽样的方法,在网站中系统收集了1323所高校图书馆的数据,包含5个主要维度的指标,有些维度下面还涉及一些子维度的指标。分析显示:2023年,高校图书馆总经费与文献资源购置费馆均值较上年度有一定幅度增长,纸质文献资源购置费馆均值为212.6万元,较上年度有较大幅度增长,电子资源购置费馆均值为384.2万元,较上年度有所增长。馆均面积为2.71万平方米,较上年度略有增长。馆长职称以正高与副高为主,在编工作人员馆均值为27.4人,继续呈下降趋势。在编工作人员的受教育水平提升明显,博士与硕士学位工作人员数量持续增长,29岁及以下在编工作人员仅占3.8%,馆均1.05人。合同制人员馆均值略升,临时工馆均值下降,勤工助学人员馆均值有所增加。资源利用率较上年度有所上升,馆均书刊外借量4.5万册次。馆均纸质图书累积量142.8万册,馆均古籍累积量为4.89万册,全国本科高校图书馆古籍总量1443.7万册以上。Using the factual database of the Ministry of Educations College Library Working Committee and self-reported data from various libraries,this article attempts to reveal the basic status and development trends of Chinese university libraries.By using stratified sampling method,data from 1323 university libraries were systematically collected on the website,including indicators from 5 main dimensions,and some dimensions also involve indicators from sub dimensions.In 2023,the total budget and average cost of purchasing literature resources for university libraries will increase to a certain extent compared to the previous year.The average cost of purchasing paper literature resources will be 2.126 million yuan,with a significant increase compared to the previous year.The average cost of purchasing electronic resources will be 3.842 million yuan,with an increase compared to the previous year.The average area of the museum is 27100 square meters,a slight increase from the previous year.The title of director is mainly held by senior and deputy senior officials,with an average of 27.4 staff members on duty,continuing to show a downward trend.The education level of staff on the payroll has significantly improved,with a continuous increase in the number of staff with doctoral and masters degrees.Only 3.8%of staff aged 29 and below are on the payroll,with an average of 1.05 staff per library.The average value of the contract system personnel library has slightly increased,the average value of the temporary work library has decreased,and the average value of the work study program personnel library has increased.The utilization rate of library resources has increased compared to the previous year,with an average of 45000 books and periodicals borrowed per library.The average number of paper books per library is 1.428 million,the average number of ancient books per library is 48900,and the total number of ancient books in undergraduate university libraries nationwide is over 14.437 million.
