美国大学图书馆战略规划的分析与启示

摘　　要：图书馆战略规划对图书馆管理与发展至关重要。文章使用网络调研、统计分析等方法,从战略规划制定主体、战略规划体例、战略发展方向等多维度对美国15所知名大学图书馆最新战略规划样本进行分析。研究认为,美国大学图书馆注重图书馆战略规划的修订与完善、强调合作互动与多方参与、注重内外因素分析、重视文化建设和工作创新等,这些为我国大学图书馆制定战略规划与开展新型服务提供必要的理论与实践借鉴。Library strategic plans are crucial for library management and development.The article mainly uses methods such as online research and statistical analysis to analyze the latest strategic plan samples of 15 well-known university libraries in the United States from multiple dimensions such as the main body of strategic plans formulation,strategic plans format and development direction.Several research theories and development inspirations are obtained,such as emphasizing the revision and improvement of library strategic plans,strengthening cooperation and interaction and multi-party participation,emphasizing internal and external factor analysis,emphasizing cultural connotation construction,and strengthening innovation,providing necessary theoretical and practical references for the formulation of strategic plans and the development of new services in university libraries in China.
