基于班级特色活动的大学生关键能力培养路径研究

摘　　要：班级特色活动是以班级为单位组织的,班级学生集体参加的围绕德、智、体、美、劳等方面的形式多样、特色鲜明、教育效果显著的班级活动,其作为灵活的教育方式,对大学生关键能力培养起到重要作用。从大学生班级特色活动的现实困境出发,提出班级特色活动的实施原则,进而提出强化立德树人价值引领、依托专业建设、完善机构和制度以及建设专业化师资和评估反馈机制等策略的大学生关键能力培养路径。Class characteristic activities are organized by class as a unit.Class students collectively participate in class activities with various forms,distinctive features and significant educational effects around moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetics,labour and other aspects.As a flexible educational method,it plays an important role in cultivating key abilities of college students.Starting from the realistic predicament of college students′class characteristic activities,this paper puts forward the implementation principles of class characteristic activities,furthermore,it puts forward some strategies to cultivate college students′key ablities,such as strengthening the value leadership of moral education,relying on professional construction,improving institutions and systems,and building professional faculty and evaluation feedback mechanisms.
