摘 要:区域全面经济伙伴关系协定(RCEP)的落地,为农产品跨境电商带来了前所未有的发展契机。聚焦于某地的羽毛产业,在RCEP框架下,深入剖析了产业的优势、劣势、面临的机遇及挑战,并据此提出了发展建议。研究表明,该地羽毛产业拥有从原料到成品的完整产业链条,市场扩展能力强劲。然而,高昂的物流成本以及国际市场上激烈的竞争,成为了产业发展的两大阻碍。为此提出相应对策,如加强品牌建设、市场细分、人才培养、优化供应链管理及充分利用RCEP的政策便利和市场开放优势,拓宽国际市场渠道。The implementation of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP)has brought unprecedented development opportunities for cross-border e-commerce of agricultural products.This paper focuses on the feather industry in a certain place,and analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the industry under the RCEP framework,and accordingly,suggestions for development are put forward.The research indicates that the feather industry in this area possesses a complete industrial chain from raw materials to finished products and has a strong market expansion ability.Nevertheless,high logistics costs and fierce competition in the international market have become two major hindrances to the industry′s development.To this end,this paper proposes corresponding countermeasures,such as strengthening brand building,market segmentation,talent training,optimizing supply chain management,and making full use of policy convenience of RCEP and market opening advantages to broaden international market channels.
