膨胀珍珠岩不同目数对混凝土抗压强度的影响研究

摘  要:为研究不同粒径膨胀珍珠岩混凝土的抗压性能,以珍珠岩粒径、龄期为设计参数,对10组膨胀珍珠岩混凝土立方体试件进行抗压试验。通过观察试件破坏形态与微观界面,分析了不同珍珠岩粒径、龄期对混凝土力学性能的影响。结果表明:膨胀珍珠岩粒径对混凝土的破坏形态有显著影响,随膨胀珍珠岩粒径的增大,试件表面及内部的孔隙数量构随之增加,表面变得更粗糙;膨胀珍珠岩的微观结构与其目数密切相关,目数越大,孔隙越均匀细密;目数越小,孔隙越大且结构越松散;膨胀珍珠岩粒径在30~110目数范围,混凝土的抗压强度随珍珠岩目数的增大而提高,当掺入90~110目数的珍珠岩时,其强度为对照组混凝土的1.1倍左右。In order to study the compressive properties of expanded perlite concrete with different particle sizes,10 groups of expanded perlite concrete cube specimens were designed for compressive test with perlite particle size and age as design parameters.The effects of different perlite particle sizes and ages on the mechanical properties of concrete were analyzed by observing the failure modes and micro-interfaces of the specimens.The results show that the particle size of expanded perlite has a significant effect on the failure mode of concrete.With the increase of the particle size of expanded perlite,the number of pores on the surface and inside of the specimen increases,and the surface becomes rougher.The microstructure of expanded perlite is closely related to its mesh number.The larger the mesh number is,the more uniform and fine the pores are.The smaller the particle size,the larger the pore and the looser the structure;when the particle size of expanded perlite is in the range of 30~110 mesh,the compressive strength of concrete increases with the increase of perlite mesh.When 90~110 mesh perlite is added,its strength is about 1.1 times that of concrete without perlite.
