摘 要:针对北京老城更新过程内拆除四合院内加建建筑导致院落本体建筑运行碳排放量发生改变的问题,以北京市景山东街片区四合院民居为研究对象,采用Ladybug及EnergyPlus平台,对四合院中不同类型加建建筑拆除前后,四合院本体建筑单位面积运行碳排放量变化结果进行了量化模拟分析研究。根据分析结果建立了一系列模拟模型,对影响运行碳排放的建筑遮挡、体形系数、建筑朝向、隔墙关系等因素进行了量化模拟分析,研究发现,同等条件下拆除“接”、“扩”、“占”等不同类型的加建建筑会明显影响本体建筑单位面积运行碳排放量,由此为四合院中加建建筑的渐进式拆除策略乃至构筑物补建策略提供了可参考的依据。In response to the issue of changes in carbon emissions from the original buildings of courtyards resulting from the demolition of additional buildings during the renewal process of historical urban areas in Beijing,this study focuses on courtyard houses in the Jingshan East Street area of Beijing.By utilizing the Ladybug and EnergyPlus platforms,a quantitative simulation analysis was conducted on the carbon emissions per unit area of the original buildings before and after the demolition of different types of additional buildings in the courtyard.Based on the analysis results,a series of simulation models were established to quantitatively analyze factors such as building obstruction,shape coefficient,building orientation,and partition relationships that influence the carbon emissions in courtyard houses.It is found that under the same conditions,the demolition of different types of additional buildings such as the “connected”,“expanded”,“occupied” and so on will significantly affect the carbon emissions per unit area of the original building,which provides a reference for the progressive demolition strategy of the additional buildings in the courtyard and even the supplemental construction strategy of the structure.
