摘 要:低碳建筑是实现建筑领域“双碳”目标的重要路径。夏热冬冷地区夏季炎热多雨,冬季寒冷潮湿,实现低碳、零碳建筑面临巨大挑战。介绍低碳建筑及其相关标准,系统梳理夏热冬冷地区低碳建筑的关键技术。低碳建筑的实现包括被动式设计策略、高效的能源系统和可再生能源的高效利用三部分。被动式设计策略可减少建筑的能耗需求,是实现低碳建筑的基础,其中高性能围护结构是重点。夏热冬冷地区应注重遮阳和通风等设计。通过高能效能源系统的使用,有助于控制建筑的能源消耗;同时更好地开发太阳能等可再生能源,可降低化石能源的消耗,实现控制碳排放的目标。取得的分析结果可为低碳建筑的发展带来技术层面的参照及指导。Low-carbon buildings are an important way to achieve the “Dual-Carbon Goals” in the building field.In the hot summer and cold winter zone,achieving low-carbon or zero-carbon buildings faces significant challenges due to the hot and rainy summer and cold and humid winter.This article introduces low-carbon buildings and their related standards,and systematically outlines the key technologies for low-carbon buildings in the hot summer and cold winter zone.The realization of low-carbon buildings encompasses three components:passive design strategies,efficient energy systems,and the effective utilization of renewable energy.Passive design strategies can reduce the energy demand of buildings,serving as the foundation for achieving low-carbon buildings.And the high-performance envelope is the key.In the hot summer and cold winter zone,shading and ventilation should be given priority.Through the use of energy-efficient energy systems,it helps to control the energy consumption of buildings.Meanwhile,better development of renewable energy such as solar energy can reduce the consumption of fossil energy and achieve the goal of controlling carbon emissions.The analysis results obtained provide technical reference and guidance for the development of low-carbon buildings.
