摘 要:可变建筑表皮作为物质能量交换界面,通过其动态变化对室内光热环境进行调节,以适应不断变化的建筑外界环境,对建筑节能及室内环境调节等方面具有积极意义。基于可变建筑表皮调控室内光热环境的相关文献,以建筑可变表皮设计为出发点,针对台州地区(夏热冬冷地区)的气候条件研究建筑表皮设计现状,提出调控策略。以台州学院教学楼为例,结合计算机仿真模拟、缩尺模型测量与实地测量,探究不同可变建筑表皮设计策略对于室内光热环境的影响。结果表明设计的可变建筑表皮在夏季、冬季以及过渡季,对于研究对象的室内光热环境具有一定程度上的改善,为台州市绿色建筑表皮设计提供一定理论支撑。Variable building skin,as an interface of material energy exchange,regulates the indoor light and heat environment through its dynamic changes to adapt to the ever-changing external environment of the building,which is of positive significance for building energy saving and indoor environment regulation.This paper is based on the literature on variable building skin regulation of indoor light and heat environment,taking the variable building skin design as the starting point,researching the current situation of building skin design for the climatic conditions of Taizhou(hot summer and cold winter area),and proposing the regulation strategy.Taking the teaching building of Taizhou College as an example,combining computer simulation,scale-down model measurement and field measurement,the influence of different variable building skin design strategies on the indoor light and heat environment is investigate.The results show that the design of variable building skin has a certain degree of improvement for the indoor light and heat environment of the research object all seasons,which provides certain theoretical support for the design of green building skin in Taizhou City.
