摘 要:为解决内蒙古自治区中西部草原牧区居住建筑围护结构构造简单、保温性能不满足国家标准和施工质量差的问题,在节能优化目标下,提出以节能为导向的新型草原绿色建筑设计方案关键技术。以一栋内蒙古自治区草原牧区典型民居为研究对象,利用EnergyPlus软件分别从建筑朝向、体形系数、围护结构三个方面进行单因子变量对照试验分析,并通过正交试验正向叠加建筑朝向、体形系数、外围护构造及外窗最优性能参数,最终确定了一组朝向、体形与围护结构最优方案。该方案建筑节能率达到了92.44%,实现了近零能耗节能优化目标,为新型草原生态建筑体系的建立的提供了重要依据。Key technologies of energy-saving oriented new grassland green building design scheme are proposed under the goal of energy-saving optimization to solve the simple structure,poor thermal insulation performance and poor construction quality of residential buildings in grassland pastoral areas in the central and western regions of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.A typical residential building is researched.By using the EnergyPlus software,the single factor variable comparative experimental analysis is conducted from three aspects of building orientation,shape coefficient and enclosure structure,respectively.Through the orthogonal test,the building orientation,shape coefficient,external enclosure structure and the optimal performance parameters of the external window are positively superimposed.A group of optimal solutions for orientation,shape and enclosure structure are determined.The energy saving rate of the scheme reached 92.44%,achieving the goal of nearly zero energy consumption optimization and providing an important basis for the establishment of the new grassland ecological building system.
