以热环境节能为导向的建筑布局优化模拟分析

摘  要:在全球能源供应短缺、气候变化危机加剧的国际背景下,会展建筑及其配套设施作为大型公共建筑,巨大的规模体量所产生的建筑热环境能耗量大,是该类型建筑在节能领域需要迫切解决的问题。因此,从建筑布局设计阶段入手,以参数模拟为途径的热环境节能研究刻不容缓。基于Rhino的Grasshopper参数建模手段,探索建筑总体布局阶段的热环境节能方法,以太原潇河国际会展中心中展项目为例,选取场地中的建筑位置和朝向作为布局变量,建筑全年冷热负荷能耗强度最小化作为目标,运用Ladybug+Honeybee模拟建筑外部布局方案,通过被动式策略下的布局优化实现建筑热环境节能。结果表明:通过建筑布局优化从而适应气候特征是实现热环境节能的重要途径,可为宏观布局阶段的建筑热环境节能设计路径提供参考。Under the international background of global energy supply shortage and climate change crisis,exhibition buildings and their supporting facilities,as large public buildings,have a large amount of energy consumption in the thermal environment of buildings due to their huge scale,which is an urgent problem to be solved in the field of energy saving.Therefore,starting from the design stage of building layout,it is urgent to study the energy saving of thermal environment by means of parameter simulation.Based on Rhino's Grasshopper parameter modeling method,the thermal environment energy saving method in the overall layout stage of the building was explored.Taking the Intermediate Project of Taiyuan Xiaohe International Exhibition Center as an example,the location and orientation of buildings in the site were selected as the layout variables,and the minimization of energy consumption intensity of the annual cooling and heating load of the building was taken as the goal.Ladybug+Honeybee was used to simulate the external layout scheme of the building,and the energy saving of the building thermal environment was realized through the layout optimization under the passive strategy.The results show that it is an important way to realize the energy saving of thermal environment by optimizing the layout of the building to adapt to the climate characteristics,which can provide reference for the energy saving design path of building thermal environment in the macro layout stage.
