摘  要:在大量工程项目和案例机场的调研中,冷却塔性能缺陷是导致低能效的瓶颈问题。造成这一缺陷的根本原因主要包括现有技术资料中的热力分析方法复杂度较高,建设阶段的各主体无力开展对冷却塔的热力分析和性能校核,建设质量往往难以保证。因此综述冷却塔的热力模型,探讨适宜工程应用的优化分析方法。研究发现,现行国标为了提高计算精度舍弃了简便易用的对数平均焓差法,但经对比该方法与目前常用的冷却数法计算结果偏差不超过5%,在标准工况下只有1%~2%,在工程建设阶段具有很强的实用价值。提出了几种工程需求下的优化分析流程,并对某机场项目进行了案例研究,旨在为同类工程的优化提供参考依据。In the investigation of a series of projects and a case airport,cooling tower performance defect is identified as bottleneck that leads to low energy efficiency.The root cause is that the thermal method in current technical documents is highly complex,and most constructors are unable to carry out thermal analysis and performance verification of the cooling tower,making it difficult to guarantee construction quality.Therefore,this article will review the thermal model of cooling towers and develop optimization analysis methods suitable for engineering applications.The study found that,in the current national standard,the simple and easy-to-use Logarithmic Average Enthalpy Difference(LAED)method was abandoned to improve calculation accuracy.However,comparing with the most commonly used cooling number method,the deviation in calculation results generally is less than 5%.Under standard condition,the deviation is only 1%~2%.Therefore,during construction stage,LAED method has high practical value.The optimization analysis process under several engineering requirements is provided,and a case study on an airport project is analyzed,aiming to provide a reference for the optimization of similar projects.
