摘 要:通过对西昌设施栽培葡萄“妮娜皇后”品种进行的不同花穗整形方式、不同植物生长调节剂组合处理对其果实品质的影响试验,研究结果表明:在开花前一周对葡萄花穗进行不同处理整形,所有花穗采用相同植物生长调节剂组合处理的情况下,留取穗尖3.5cm时,葡萄果实品质最好,它的单粒重为17.87g,果形指数为1.19,可溶性固形物含量为19.79%,在完熟时果实着色指数达93.02%;在开花前一周对花穗进行留取穗尖3.5cm的整形修剪,采用不同植物生长调节剂组合处理花穗的情况下,谢花后48h内使用20mg·L^(-1)GA_(3)、花后两周使用20mg·L^(-1)GA;+2mg·L^(-1)CPPU浸蘸果穗处理,葡萄果实品质最好,其单粒重为17.77g,果形指数为1.19,可溶性固形物含量为19.64%,可在完熟时果实着色指数达92.29%。Through the experiment on the effect of different spike shaping methods and different plant growth regulator combination treatments on the fruit quality of Xichang facility cultivated grape"Nina Queen",the results showed that:the grape spikelets were shaped with different treatments one week before flowering,and all spikelets were treated with the same plant growth regulator combination,when the spike tip was 3.5cm,the grape fruit quality was the best,its single grain weight was 17.87g,fruit shape index was 1.19,soluble solid content was 19.79%,and the fruit color index reached 93.02%at maturity;The spikelets were pruned with the tip of 3.5cm one week before flowering.When the spikelets were treated with different combinations of plant growth regulators,20mg·L^(-1)GA,was used within 48 h after anthesis and 20mg·L^(-1)GA_(3)+2 mg·L^(-1)CPPU was used two weeks after anthesis to dip the spikelets.The fruit quality of grape was the best,with a single grain weight of 17.77g,a fruit shape index of 1.19,a soluble solid content of 19.64%,and a fruit color index of 92.29%at maturity.
