摘 要:本试验旨在探究牛日粮中添加黄芪饲料添加剂对肉牛育肥效果、血液生化指标及免疫和肉质的影响。选择健康、体重400kg左右的新疆褐牛为对照组,饲喂基础日粮,在基础日粮中添加1.0%、2.0%、3.0%黄芪中草药添加剂组为试验组,预饲期10d,正试期60d。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组试验60d重和日增重均显著提高(P<0.05),但体重差异不显著(P>0.05);干物质料重比与料重比均比对照组低。试验组血液生化指标(TP、ALB、GLB、A/G和GLU)均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组血清中IgG含量分别为3.14mg·mL^(-1),3.64mg·mL^(-1),3.34mg·mL^(-1),显著高于对照组;试验组营养物质表观消化率指标(DM、OM和CPG)均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组肉质的水分、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、粗灰分差异不显著(P>0.05);相比对照组的pH值5.54,试验组pH值均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组肉质的剪切力和失水率与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。由此可见,在本试验条件下,饲粮中添加黄芪中草药添加剂可提高新疆褐牛的指标,其中以2%黄芪中草药添加量效果最好。This experiment aimed to explore the effect of astragalus feed additive to cattle diet on fattening effect,blood biochemical indexes and immunity and meat quality of beef cattle.40 healthy Xinjiang brown cattle weighing about 400 kg were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups,1o in each group.The control group was fed the basic diet,and the experimental group added 1%,2%,and 3%Astragalus herbal additives to the basic diet.The pre-feeding period was 10 d and the main trial period was 60 d.The results showed that compared with the control group was significantly higher(P<0.05),but the difference in carcass weight was not significant(P>0.05)..The dry material material weight ratio was lower than that of the control group.TP,ALB,GLB,A/G and GLU in the blood of Xinjiang brown cattle in the test group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The content of IgG in the brown cattle serum was 3.14 mg·mL^(-1),3.64 mg·mL^(-1),3.34 mg·mL^(-1),Significantly higher than that in the control group;The apparent digestibility of all nutrients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),The apparent digestibility of DM,OM and CP in experimental group 2 was significantly higher than that in experimental group 1 and group 2(P<0.05);The difference in water,crude protein,crude fat,and crude ash content of Xinjiang brown catle test group was not significant(P>0.05).Compared with the pH value of 5.54,the pH value of the experiment 3 groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the shear force and water loss rate of the Xinjiang brown cattle test group were significantly different from the control group(P<0.05).It can be seen that under the conditions of the experiment,the index of Xinjiang brown cattle,with 2%Astragalus was the best effect.
