摘 要:运动医学通常与软组织损伤相关,肌腱和韧带损伤是最常见的运动损伤,占所有损伤的30%~40%。间充质干细胞外泌体具有逃逸吞噬、实现长期循环的能力,还可以作为生物材料的药物载体。利用间充质干细胞来源的外泌体进行无细胞治疗是目前运动医学软组织损伤的研究方向。本文总结了外泌体在软组织再生中的来源,重点阐述了外泌体在软组织损伤中的生物学机制以及与生物材料结合相关的诊疗进展。Sports medicine is often associated with soft tissue injuries,with tendon and ligament injuries being the most common sports injuries accounting for 30%-40%of all injuries.Mesenchymal stem cell exosomes have the ability to escape phagocytosis and realize long-term circulation,and can also be used as drug carriers of biological materials.The use of exosomes derived from mesenchymal stem cells for cell-free treatment of soft tissue injury is the current research direction in sports medicine.In this paper,the origin of exosomes in soft tissue regeneration is summarized,with emphasis on the biological mechanism of exosomes in soft tissue injury and the progress of diagnosis and treatment related to biomaterial.
