摘 要:试验旨在研究川西北高寒地区草地型藏系绵羊及其与白萨福克羊的杂交羊在舍饲条件下育肥的效果。选取体重接近、自然断奶6月龄藏绵羊和白萨福克羊×藏绵羊杂交F 1代公羊各20只,分为藏绵羊组和杂交羊组。舍饲试验期180 d,分6个阶段,每阶段30 d,前、后3个阶段分育肥前期和育肥后期。饲养管理采用青干草+精料补充料方式饲喂。每30 d测定生长性能和体尺指标,每两个月采集血液样品,测定甲状腺素(T4)、三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、生长激素(GH)、胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)和睾酮(T)的含量。结果表明:(1)藏绵羊和杂交羊体重12月龄分别达到54.97 kg和61.46 kg。藏绵羊体重、平均日增重在6个育肥阶段均显著低于杂交羊(P<0.05),平均日采食量在育肥前期显著低于杂交羊(P<0.05)。(2)试验羊体高、体斜长、胸围和管围随着日龄的增加逐渐增大。12月龄时藏绵羊的体斜长和胸围显著小于杂交羊(P<0.05)。藏绵羊的管围在6、7、8和12月龄时显著小于杂交羊(P<0.05)。(3)藏绵羊6、8、10、12月龄血液中T4、T3、GH和IGF-1的含量均显著小于杂交羊(P<0.05),T的含量仅在6和8月龄显著大于杂交羊(P<0.05)。经双因素方差分析,杂交和月龄对5种激素的含量影响显著,对IGF-1的影响存在互作关系(P<0.05)。主效应分析结果可知,藏绵羊T4、T3和GH的含量显著低于杂交羊,T含量显著高于杂交羊(P<0.05)。T4、T3和T含量随着生长发育的推进逐渐升高,GH的趋势相反(P<0.05)。由此可见,川西北高寒地区进行舍饲育肥的条件下,白萨福克羊×藏绵羊杂交羊的生长性能优于藏绵羊,杂种优势明显;藏绵羊和杂交羊体重、体尺等生长发育指标较好,舍饲育肥效果良好。The aim of this study was to research the fattening effect of Tibetan sheep and their crossbred sheep with white Suffolk sheep in alpine region of northwest Sichuan Province.20 six-month-old Tibetan sheep and crossbred F 1 generation of White Suffolk×Tibetan sheep with approximate weight were selected and divided into Tibetan sheep group and Crossbred sheep group.The experiment period of dry-lot feeding was 180 days,including six stages and 30 days in each stage,and the first and last three stages were treated as the pre-fattening and post-fattening stages.The breeding mode of green hay and concentrate supplement was used in the whole feeding stage.The growth performance and body size indexes were measured every 30 days,and blood samples were collected every two months to determine the contents of thyroxine(T4),triiodothyronine(T3),growth hormone(GH),insulin-liked growth factor-1(IGF-1),and testosterone(T).The results were as follows:(1)The body weight of Tibetan sheep and crossbred sheep reached 54.97 kg and 61.46 kg at the age of 12 months.The body weight and average daily gain of Tibetan sheep was significantly lower than that of crossbred sheep in the whole experimental stage(P<0.05).And the average daily feed intake of Tibetan sheep was significantly lower than that of crossbred sheep at the pre-fattening stage.(2)The body height,length,bust,and cannon circumference of the experimental sheep gradually increased with age.The body length and bust of Tibetan sheep were significantly lower than those of crossbred sheep at the age of 12 months(P<0.05).The cannon circumference of 6,7,8,and 12-month-old Tibetan sheep were significantly lower than that of crossbred sheep(P<0.05).(3)The contents of T4,T3,GH and IGF-1 in blood of Tibetan sheep at 6,8,10,and 12 months were significantly lower than those of crossbred sheep(P<0.05),and the content of T was significantly higher than that of crossbred sheep at 6 and 8 months(P<0.05).According to the result of two-way ANOVA,hybridize and age had significant effect on the c
