摘 要:为了探究牛舍卧床铺设牛粪再生垫料对奶牛血清生理生化指标的影响,选取年龄、胎次、泌乳性能、健康状况相近的荷斯坦奶牛200头,随机分为2组,每组100头,分别饲养在同一栋泌乳牛舍的两个圈舍。对照组铺设沙子垫料,试验组铺设牛粪再生垫料,试验期30 d,分别测量两组奶牛的产奶量、血清生理生化指标。结果表明:牛粪垫料组奶牛在使用前期15 d奶牛产奶量、血清GLU、TP、CRE、T-AOC显著高于沙子垫料组奶牛(P<0.05),血清EPI显著低于沙子垫料组奶牛(P<0.05),血清GLB极显著低于沙子垫料组奶牛(P<0.01);但在使用后期30 d,牛粪垫料组奶牛血清ALP显著高于沙子垫料组奶牛(P<0.05),血清GLB、T-AOC显著低于沙子垫料组奶牛(P<0.05),血清GSH-PX极显著低于沙子垫料组奶牛(P<0.01)。试验结果提示,卧床上铺设牛粪再生垫料,在使用前期0~15 d较沙子垫料,可提高奶牛脂肪利用率、蛋白质利用率、免疫力、抗氧化能力。The effect of recycled manure solids(RMS)as cow bedding on serum physiological and biochemical indexes of dairy cows was studied in this study.200 Holstein cows with similar age,parity,lactation performance and health status were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 100 cows in each group.They were kept in two enclosures of the same lactation dairy house,with the control group laid with sand bedding,and the experimental group with RMS.The experiment lasted for 30 days.The milk yield and serum physiological and biochemical indexes of the two groups were measured respectively.The results showed that the RMS group exhibited significantly higher milk yield,serum GLU,TP,CRE and T-AOC than the sand bedding group(P<0.05)at the early 15 days,while the serum EPI was significantly lower(P<0.05)and the serum GLB extremely lower than that in the sand bedding group(P<0.01).However,after 30 days of use,the RMS group exhibited significantly higher serum ALP than the sand bedding group(P<0.05),while the serum GLB and T-AOC were significantly lower(P<0.05)and the serum GSH-PX was extremely lower(P<0.01).In conclusion,the use of recycled manure solids bedding can improve the fat utilization rate,protein utilization rate,immunity and antioxidant capacity of dairy cows in the early 15 days.
