摘 要:试验于2019-2021年采用样点法对科尔沁草原南部农牧交错区的扎鲁特旗和阿鲁科尔沁旗繁殖期鸟类进行了调查,研究植被盖度等因素与鸟类多样性之间的关系。共记录到59种鸟,隶属于12目,27科。国家一级保护鸟类1种,国家二级保护鸟类7种。根据Spearman相关分析得出:(1)扎鲁特旗,植被盖度和植被高度均与Pielou均匀度指数呈显著正相关(P<0.01);裸地面积与Pielou均匀度指数呈显著负相关(P<0.01);植物种类与Shannon-wiener多样性指数呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。(2)阿鲁科尔沁旗,植被盖度与Simpson多样性指数呈显著负相关(P<0.01);植被高度与鸟种数、Shannon-wiener多样性指数和丰富度指数均呈显著负相关,与Pielou均匀度指数呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。研究结果表明,植被高度、植被盖度和裸地面积对扎鲁特旗和阿鲁科尔沁旗的鸟类群落结构有显著影响。From 2019 to 2021,this experiment used the sampling point method to investigate birds in the breeding period of Zarut Banner and Ar Horqin Banner in the agricultural-pastoral ecotone area in the southern Horqin grassland,to study the relationship between vegetation cover and bird diversity.A total of 59 species of birds belonging to 27 families and 12 orders were investigated.There are 1 species of national first-class protected birds and 6 species of national second-class key protected birds.Spearman correlation analysis showed that(1)in Zhalute Banner,vegetation coverage and vegetation height were of significantly positive correlation with Pielou evenness index(P<0.01);Pielou evenness index was negatively correlated with bare land area(P<0.01).There was a significantly positive correlation between plant species and Shannon-Wiener diversity index(P<0.01).(2)A significantly negative correlation was observed between vegetation coverage and Simpson diversity index in Alukeerqin Banner(P<0.01).The vegetation height was negatively correlated with the number of bird species,Shannon-Wiener diversity index and richness index,and positively correlated with Pielou evenness index(P<0.01).The results showed that bird community structure is significantly affected by vegetation coverage and vegetation height in Zhalute Banner and Alukeerqin Banner.
