摘　　要：为了解河南省种公牛牛病毒性腹泻流行情况,于2020年9月-2021年12月,采用ELISA方法对采自河南省6个地区367份种公牛血清样品的牛病毒性腹泻阳性情况进行检测。结果显示,牛病毒性腹泻阳性场点6个,阳性场率达100%;检出阳性样品共258份,种公牛个体阳性率为70.3%;不同生长阶段公牛群的阳性率差异极显著(P<0.01),采精公牛(14月龄以上)的牛病毒性腹泻阳性率最高(84.3%),犊牛(0~6月龄以下)阳性率最低(43.5%);不同年份种公牛的牛病毒性腹泻阳性率差异不显著(P>0.05)。From September 2020 to December 2021,an ELISA method was employed to investigate the prevalence of bovine viral diarrhea(BVD)in breeding bulls in six regions in Henan Province.A total of 367 serum samples from breeding bulls were tested for BVD positivity.The results indicated that BVD was detected in all six locations,with a 100%positive rate.A total of 258 positive samples were identified,resulting in an individual positive rate of 70.3%among the breeding bulls.Significant differences in positivity rates were observed among bull groups at different growth stages(P<0.01),with the highest BVD positivity rate found in mature breeding bulls(84.3%)and the lowest in calves(43.5%).However,no significant difference in BVD positivity rate were observed among breeding bulls across different years(P>0.05).
