摘  要:为了探究储氢合金对燃料空气炸药(FAE)毁伤性能的增强效应,采用20 L球形液体爆炸测试系统并结合比色测温技术,研究了不同基体液态燃料和金属添加剂对FAE冲击波和热毁伤性能的影响规律。结果表明,FAE常用的3种液态基体燃料中,环氧丙烷的燃爆性能最佳;当环氧丙烷中添加氢化钛粉末后,混合燃料的燃爆超压、最大压力上升速率和最大平均温度均随氢化钛粉末含量的增加呈先增大后减小的趋势,并在氢化钛质量分数为35%时达到最大值,分别为1.21 MPa、68.73 MPa/s和2398 K;相较于钛粉-环氧丙烷混合燃料,氢化钛粉-环氧丙烷混合燃料的燃爆火焰更加连续,相同质量浓度下其燃爆性能更加优异。表明氢化钛作为一种潜在的高能添加剂,可有效应用于燃料空气炸药,以提高其燃爆特性参数,增强FAE的冲击波和热毁伤性能。To investigate the enhancement effects of free hydrogen produced by metal hydrides on the damage performance of fuel air explosive(FAE),A 20 L spherical liquid explosion test system and the colorimetric temperature measurement technology were used to study the effects of different matrix liquid fuels and metal additives on the shock wave and thermal damage performance of FAE.The results show that epoxypropane(PO)has the best explosion performances of the three liquid matrix fuels commonly used in FAE.When titanium hydride(TiH_(2))powders are added to PO,the explosion overpressure,maximum pressure rise rate and maximum average temperature of the mixed fuels increase first and then decrease with the increase of TiH_(2) powders content,reaching the maximum values when the mass fraction of TiH_(2) powders was 35%,namely,1.21 MPa,68.73 MPa/s and 2398 K,respectively.Compare to Ti-PO mixed fuels,the TiH_(2)-PO mixed fuels has more continuous combustion flame and more excellent explosion performances at the same mass concentration.The research results indicate that as a potential high-energy additives,TiH_(2) could be effectively applied to FAE to improve its explosion characteristics and enhance the shock wave as well as the thermal damage performances.
