摘　　要：中国城市经济社会发展已全面进入转型阶段,城市交通发展也从追求规模扩张转向注重效益提升的新阶段。2024年下半年以来,各大城市均已启动“十五五”规划前期研究,其中综合交通体系规划是重点专项。中国城市交通发展论坛于2024年11月15日在成都市举办了2024年第4次(总第38次)常规研讨会,主题为“‘十五五’综合交通可持续发展新挑战”。与会嘉宾围绕综合交通发展新阶段、新挑战和新思考积极谋划“十五五”综合交通的目标思路、关键举措,为政府、行业建言建策,继续引导综合交通提质增效、可持续发展。本次论坛由中国城市交通发展论坛组委会主办,成都设计咨询集团有限公司、中铁二院工程集团有限责任公司承办。China's urban economic and social development has entered a full-scale transformation stage,with urban transportation development shifting from pursuing scale expansion to focusing on efficiency improvement.Since the second half of 2024,all major cities have launched the preliminary research for the“Fifteenth Five-Year Plan”,with comprehensive transportation system planning being a key specialty.The 38th Urban Transportation Development Forum was held in Chengdu,China on November 15,2024,with a theme on new challenges of comprehensive transportation sustainable development in the“Fifteenth Five-Year Plan”.The participants discussed the new stage,new challenges,and new considerations of comprehensive transportation development,and actively planned the key measures and strategic thinking for the“Fifteenth Five-Year Plan”comprehensive transportation,providing suggestions to the government and industry to continue guiding the improvement and sustainable development of comprehensive transportation.The forum was hosted by the Organizing Committee of the China Urban Transportation Development Forum and organized by Chengdu Design Consulting Group Co.,Ltd.and China Railway Eryuan Engineering Group Co.,Ltd.
