摘　　要：农业保险是对农业生产者遭受自然灾害等保险事故所造成的经济损失提供保障的一种赔偿保险。文章基于“优化农业补贴政策体系,发展多层次农业保险”的背景,分析新疆农业保险发展现状得出新疆的政策性农业保险发展迅速、农业保险智能化发展水平提高、农业保险监管体系有待加强的结论。针对新疆农业保险体系建设中存在的问题,提出建立健全新疆农业保险服务体系、农业保险风险优化管理体系、农业保险数智化平台管理体系和农业保险监督管理体系的对策建议。Agricultural insurance is a type of compensation insurance that provides economic protection to agricultural producers against natural disasters and other insurable accidents.Based on the background of optimizing the agricultural subsidy policy system and developing multi-level agricultural insurance,this paper analyzes the current situation of agricultural insurance in Xinjiang and concludes that the development of policy-based agricultural insurance in Xinjiang is rapid,the level of agricultural insurance intelligence development is constantly improving,and the agricultural insurance supervision and management system needs to be strengthened.In view of the problems existing in the construction of the agricultural insurance system in Xinjiang,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of establishing a sound agricultural insurance service system,an optimized agricultural insurance risk management system,an intelligent agricultural insurance platform management system,and an agricultural insurance supervision and management system.
