摘　　要：数字化时代,企业发展趋向于智能化生产、个性化定制,对物流承运商的服务要求日益趋严,需要重构物流承运商评价体系,改变企业传统的绩效评估考核方式。文章根据物流承运商的特点建立评价指标体系,借助AHP评价与决策模型,通过实证分析,将事后考核转变为事前评估,选择合适的物流承运商,能减少企业的物流成本,实现降本增效的目的。In the digital age,the development of enterprises tends towards intelligent production and personalized customization models,and the service requirements for logistics carriers are becoming increasingly strict.Therefore,the evaluation system for logistics carriers is being restructured to change the traditional performance evaluation and assessment methods of enterprises.According to the characteristics of logistics carriers,an evaluation index system is established.With the help of AHP evaluation and decision-making models,empirical analysis is conducted to transform post evaluation into pre evaluation,select suitable logistics carrier,reduce logistics costs for enterprises,and achieve the goal of cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
