摘　　要：“十四五”时期,越来越多的企业开始构建数字时代新商业模式,企业可承载的信息量产生了一个质的飞跃,数字化转型向各行业领域的渗透扩散,加速了产业要素裂变聚合。然而,有些企业的数字化转型与信息安全管理不适配,导致其转型期间面临诸多信息安全问题。对此,企业需要以数字化转型为导向,明确信息安全管理的现实需求与面临的挑战,建立起适应数字化转型的信息安全管理机制,从而更好地保障企业运行的稳健性。During the“14th Five-Year Plan”period,more and more enterprises began to build new business models in the digital era.The amount of information that can carry by enterprises produced a qualitative leap.The penetration and diffusion of digital transformation to various industries and fields accelerated the fission and aggregation of industrial elements.However,the digital transformation of some enterprises is not compatible with the information security management,resulting in many information security problems during their transformation period.In this regard,enterprises need to take the digital transformation as the guidance,clarify the realistic needs and challenges of information security management,and establish an information security management mechanism to adapt to the digital transformation,so as to better ensure the robustness of enterprise operation.
