养老金收入对中老年就业选择的影响研究

摘　　要：为了积极应对人口老龄化问题,以及关注中老年人口的劳动权益,文章利用“中国健康与养老追踪调查(CHARLS)2020”,通过二元Logit回归研究了养老金收入对中老年就业的影响。研究结果表明:养老金收入对中老年就业选择具有显著的正面影响,养老金收入对中老年就业有替代效应。基于不同的退休类型来看,养老金对正常退休群体和提前退休群体的就业选择具有负面影响,但与正常退休群体相比,提前退休群体受替代效应影响更大,再就业的可能性更高。In response to the strategic need for actively addressing population aging and to safeguard the labor rights of middle-aged and elderly,this study employs data from the“China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study(CHARLS)2020”to investigate the impact of pension income on employment decisions among this demographic using a binary logistic regression model.The results indicate that:pension income has a significant positive impact on the employment choices of the middle-aged and elderly,indicating that pension income has a substitution effect.Distinguishing between different types of retirement,pension has a negative impact on the employment choices of the normal retirement group and the early retirement group,but the early retirement group is more affected by the substitution effect and has a higher possibility of re-employment.
