摘　　要：为探究基层就业创业创新对失业率的影响,文章以我国基层就业创业创新实践为研究对象,分析了推动基层就业创业创新的原因、主要变化及其对失业率的影响。结果显示基层就业创业创新不仅推动了就业增长,还在提升劳动力素质和促进社会经济转型中发挥了重要作用。通过优化就业服务体系和激发创新活力,基层地区实现了就业质量的提升和就业结构的改善,对降低失业率产生了积极影响,化解了就业矛盾,促进了经济社会协调发展。In order to explore the impact of grass-roots employment and entrepreneurship innovation on the unemployment rate,this paper takes the practice of grass-roots employment and entrepreneurship innovation in China as the object of study,and analyzes the reasons for promoting grass-roots employment and entrepreneurship innovation,the main changes and their impact on the unemployment rate.The results show grassroots employment and entrepreneurship innovation not only promotes employment growth,but also plays an important role in upgrading the quality of labor force and promoting social and economic transformation.By optimizing the employment service system and stimulating innovation,grass-roots areas have achieved an improvement in the quality of employment and an improvement in the structure of employment,which has had a positive impact on reducing the unemployment rate,resolving employment conflicts and promoting coordinated economic and social development.
