摘 要:旅游公共服务是支撑旅游产业发展的基础,在旅游业的发展中扮演着至关重要的角色。它涵盖了交通、住宿、餐饮、信息咨询等多个方面,为游客提供全方位、多层次的服务。这些服务的质量和效率直接影响着游客的旅游体验和满意度,进而决定了旅游目的地的吸引力和竞争力。因此,提升旅游公共服务质量是旅游产业发展的必然选择,也是实现旅游业可持续发展的重要途径。文章从旅游公共服务的概念、国内外研究现状、模式转换和创新突破等方面进行综合评述,为未来的研究和实践提供有益启示。Tourism public service is the foundation to support the development of tourism industry and plays a crucial role in the development of tourism.It covers many aspects such as transportation,accommodation,catering,information and consultation,providing tourists with all-round and multi-level services.The quality and efficiency of these services directly affect tourists'travel experience and satisfaction,which in turn determines the attractiveness and competitiveness of tourist destinations.Therefore,improving the quality of tourism public services is an inevitable choice for the development of tourism industry and an important way to realize the sustainable development of tourism.This paper makes a comprehensive review from the concept of tourism public service,the current status of domestic research,mode conversion and innovation breakthroughs,in order to provide reference for future research and practice.
