摘　　要：随着汉服文化的复兴和市场需求的增长,西安市汉服行业迅速发展,但随之而来的版权问题日益凸显。通过实地调研和案例分析发现,汉服设计抄袭现象普遍存在,严重阻碍了行业的健康发展。文章从西安市汉服行业版权保护的现状出发,分析存在的问题,并提出相应的保护策略。旨在传承中华优秀传统文化,保护原创汉服设计,推动西安市汉服行业的高质量发展。With the revival of Hanfu culture and the growth of market demand,the Hanfu industry in Xi'an has developed rapidly,but the accompanying copyright issues have become increasingly prominent.Through field research and case analysis,it is found that the phenomenon of plagiarism in Hanfu design is widespread,which seriously hinders the healthy development of the industry.Starting from the current situation of copyright protection of Hanfu industry in Xi'an,this paper analyzes the existing problems and puts forward corresponding protection strategies.It aims to inherit the excellent traditional Chinese culture,protect the original Hanfu design,and promote the high-quality development of the Hanfu industry in Xi'an.
